Rental Policy

RENTAL RATES:
The 4 hour rate also applies overnight, from the last hour of our day until the first hour of the following day. Rates are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit of $25 may be required to hold a reservation. The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

DEPOSIT: We require a deposit greater than the expected rental amount. The balance is refunded upon completion of the rental contract.

IDENTIFICATION: We now require two forms of identification for the rental of mechanical equipment with the replacement value of more than $1,000. This applies for equipment picked up by the customer as well as for equipment delivered by Action Rental. One form must be a valid driver's license or valid Michigan State Identification card. The other form must be a valid credit / debit card.

DELIVERIES: Delivery/pickup is $75 in the local area during normal hours. Call for rates for long distance or special hours.

DAMAGE WAIVER: Damage waiver is offered on most mechanical equipment. Unless otherwise noted on the contract, damage waiver costs 10% of the rental.

TRAILER RANGE: Action Rental   trailers may be used only within a 50 mile radius of Action Rental.

Party/Banquet
RENTAL RATES: Quoted for a 1 day event unless otherwise indicated. Subject to change without notice. No refunds given for unused items.

CUSTOMER PICKUP: We require a deposit, plus the rental fee and valid driver's license.

DELIVERIES: Delivery/pickup is $75 in the local area during normal hours. Call for rates for long distance or special hours. All deliveries are specifically scheduled in advance. Additional charges apply for set-up, take-down or repackaging.

TABLE CLEAN SERVICE: Our matching china, glassware and flatware are delivered to you clean, covered in plastic and ready for use.

PICKUP: All items should be taken down, packed and ready for scheduled pick-up. Additional charges apply for additional pickups.

CHINA, GLASSWARE & UTENSILS: Should be returned scraped, drained and crated. It is not necessary to clean or rewrap them.

TABLECLOTHS, SKIRTING & NAPKINS: Linens are clean and ready for use. Used linens should be shaken free of loose debris and put in the mesh linen bags provided. Do not place used linens in plastic.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: Customer will be charged for any damaged or missing items at their retail replacement cost. Deposit is returned within 7 days after order is returned, minus charges for any damaged or missing items. No refunds given for unused items.

All orders are double-checked to insure accuracy. Please call immediately if there is a discrepancy or concern so corrective action or adjustments can be made. We intend for you to be pleased with our service.
